This cache is near one of the WPA era fire basins scattered through the park. It is placed a some distance away to avoid damage to the structure.
Another cache in my North South Trail series. Over the past few years I''ve been placing caches as I head south on the North South Trail. This was the third stage of walking the trail and was a bit of a dissapointment, about two miles were on gravel roads and only a half mile on a real trail.
