It's a 1.8 mile hike from the posted parking coords to this Ammo Box...Ya got fire road most the way and a little light bushwackin trail at the end.
We have a great view of these hills from the old homestead in Eagle Rock. We came up here and looked out yonder and we can just make out the old tree in our front yard and the neighbors rooftop.
Be sure to check out all F0T0M0M Panoramas up here in these parts.Truth is, we originally found this general spot looking for F0T0M0M's Panorama II which went missing - so I guess this is a replacement or HOMAGE of sorts. We would have never figured how to get up here without F0T0M0M blazing the trail. It's a great spot worthy of a cache. On the way you can grab "GC1X2X7 f0t0m0m's Panorama VIII" and once you get this one you can head down the hill a piece and grab Eagle Rock Rob's "GC1GPF8 ER- Inside the Green Zone" cache as well.
