Geocache Description:

Old home place of James Matthew Milton. Location of cache not far from camping site.

Harriet was both an aunt and mother-in-law of James Matthew Milton.

Harriet Milton was 15 December 1811 to Elisha and Martha (Baxter) Milton. She must have died nearby on 31 October 1891.

Harriet first married Dr. John Thompson and had two daughters: Emily and Maryetta. Harriet married 2nd to John Rosson.

James Matthew Milton was born 30 November 1840 to Elisha and Nancy (Morphis) Milton. This Elisha was a brother of Harriet.

James Matthew Milton married Harriet's daughter, Emily Thompson.

The cache is the size of a school supply box.
