Found this place while out looking for other caches. Cache is a small tin, didn't have a writing utensil small enough so BYOP. I'll try to add one later. Room for small trinkets.
Roughly 2 mile round trip hike from TH.
Look SW for views of the Sangre De Christo Mountains:)
Go north on Red Canyon Rd to Oil Well Flat Rd. Trail #5940 to Trailhead 5941A. Trail has heavy horse traffic so watch your step.
Plenty of parking (N 38 degrees 31.933 W 105 degrees 12.193)
Lots of cactus in this area. Rated the terrain 2.5 due to the cactus, cedar trees and some rocks.
