I used to have a cache in this general vicinity called Owens-Bell Park; it likely went missing in late 2010. But I really like the park so decided to place another cache. This one is harder. Harder to find and harder to search for without being seen. Do NOT attempt this one after dark as the park is closed. And if you DO attempt this one after dark there is a high likelihood of law enforcement arriving soon thereafter.
Owens-Bell Park is set in the middle of WECAN (the West End/Clingman Avenue Neighborhood) and is a major part of the area's revitalization. There are a number of really cool benches in the park so feel free to take your time and enjoy this small oasis. And don't forget to check out the informational signs spread throughout the park.
You are looking for a magnetic keybox. Please make sure that the cache is securely attached when replacing. Enjoy!
