Geocache Description:


This is a small container hidden outside the park in Poteau. This is not where I wanted to put the cache.

I had been to the area once before and picked a good place for this one within the park. When I came back today there was two Leflore County Tax Assessor trucks parked there. Three men were sitting on the picnic table under the pavalion.
I left and placed the other cache. Came back and they were still there. Left and went across town to the local WM. Filled up with gas and done a bit of shopping. Went back to the park and they were still there. Left again but they were still there when I returned.
So I gave up and found another place to put the cache. Our tax dollars were working hard today.

There is stickers and some poison ivy in the area. Ticks and snakes are possible as well.
