Come join us all wheel drivers on an Un-Birthday Adventure
We are taking the AWD vehicles ( this includes,normal types of transportation uncluding: front wheel drive, rear wheel drive, motorbike, pushbikes and even unicycles!!!on a driving tour through Adelaide. This event is to celebrate us AWD'vers who don't get to go on those BIG 4x4 dirt track events. Mostly because our AWD & other transportation do not cut the mustard. So we'll assemble at the posted co-ords and set off for some city Adventuring.
After a short drive through some of Adelaide's scenic streets, we'll end up at park for a sausage sizzle and obligatory debrief of the driving Adventure.
Complete directions on navigation to the final location will be given out at the start point.
Included in the directions, will be the end location, in a sealed envelope, points will be lost if the envelope needs to be opened due to the snatch strap being lost or the tyres being incorrectly deflated.
Prizes will be awarded for various driving classes, full list will be provided in the start pack.
This adventure will commence at 11-00 AM, so, can all participants please arrive NO LATER than 10-45 AM.
All road rules and signs must be obeyed
Can all those planning on attending this event please announce your intention to do so by 6-00 pm on 19/05/11, this will give us time to prepare driving instructions. Please bring your picnic basket or sausages for the BBQ.
Also remember to bring your own seats/tables, the ground could be hard/damp.
