Primo event della serie 'BarBeQue
Toscano'.
Una bella occasione per
incontrare geocachers vecchi e nuovi.
Dove?
L'event si terrà nell'area
attrezzata di Prato all'Albero, nel Mugello,vicino al passo della
Colla, a 1036mt sul livello del mare. Si tratta di un
bellissimo posto per gli amanti della montagna su vari fronti.
Infatti è conosciuto sia per il trekking, che per i favolosi
panorami, per gli imponenti faggi, e per le strade che vi
conducono, le cui curve sono molto apprezzate anche dai
motociclisti.
Il prato dove faremo l'event è
raggiungibile in auto, ed ha un grande spazio per qualsiasi
attività all'aria aperta ( pallone,pallavolo ecc..).

Quando?
L'event si terrà il giorno
Domenica 29 Maggio 2011 dalle ore 11 in poi.
Chi?
L'invito è per tutti i
geocachers, sia esperti che alle prime armi, famiglie e ragazzi,
vecchi e giovani, italiani e stranieri!
Come?
Come si puo' intuire dal titolo,
si tratta di un event 'ruspante'. Nell'area attrezzata sono
disponibili tavolini, e braceri per arrostire carne a
volontà.
Ognuno si organizzerà
autonomamtente per cibi e bevande, tuttavia, come ogni event che si
rispetti, non mancheranno le occasioni per condividere le
specialità locali che ogni team vorrà far
assaggiare!
Che si
fa?
Le attività principali della
giornata saranno: preparazione brace, allestimento dei
banchetti , e pranzo senza limiti di tempo.
Nel pomeriggio, sarà possibile
cimentarsi in una partita a calcetto , passeggiate e
geocaching.
Se
piove?
Se piove...siamo del gatto! Se le
previsioni preannunciassero il peggio, valuteremo nei giorni
precedenti ,il da farsi.

Where?
The event will be in the equipped
area 'Prato all'Albero' , in Mugello, near the 'Passo della Colla',
1036mt above sea level. This is a beautiful place for lovers of the
mountain on several fronts. In fact it is known for trekking, for
the fabulous views, the trees, and the streets leading to it, where
the curves are very appreciated by the bikers.
The field where the event will be
can be reached by car and has a great space for any outdoor
activities (football, volleyball, etc. ..)
When?
Sunday 29th May from 11
am!
Who?
The invitation is for all
geocachers, both experts and novices, families and young people,
old and young, Italians and foreigners!
How?
As you can imagine from the
title, this is an event' free range '. In the Area, are available
tables and braziers for grilling meat .
Everyone must arrange for food
and drink, however, like any self-respecting event, there will be
opportunities to share local specialties that every team will want
to try!
What we'll
do?
The main activities of the day
will be: coal preparation, preparation of the banquet,and lunch
with no time limit.
In the afternoon, you can try
playing soccer, hiking and geocaching.
If it
rains?
If it rains ... it's a problem!
If the forecasts predicted the worst, we will arrange, in the days
before, what to do.
