The Annual Central Coast Cachers Chatting and Consuming Coffee,(Hot) Choclocate, Cake, Chips, Cookies, Cheese and Crakers, Cola, Chablis, Chai, ( and so on)
Please note: Due to a Flux in the time space continuum, this event has had to be relistested for a new date ( Sunday 29th May). As
commitments on the Satursday will just not allow us to get this to work, sorry.
Come join in the fun of an afternoon tea and chat with the local geocaching community.
To be held at the Koolewong Waterfront Reserve. ( maybe we should rename it Coolewong for the day)
From 13:00 Until sunset, or a bit later.
We'd love to see ALL Geocachers who can make the trip, so if your from out of town,or father afeild, you're more than welcome.
We'll be sharing good food and drink,and braging about the big ones (caches that is) that got away!
If your'e new to the game, this is a great way to meet some of the old hands, ask questions and get some good tips.
If you're an old hand, come along and make the new guys feel welcome.
You may even pick up a clue to a puzzle cache or two!
Bring your kids, and thier scooters or bikes if you like, as there is a cycleway around the waterfront here.
For thos who may be game enough to bring a canoe or boat, there is a small boat ramp very close to the shelter.
Some of the Brethren will be there from about 13:00 and probably have a game of Kubb running ,
if you're curious about W.T.H. Kubb is, come see and join in.
Bring Your own Thermos or bevereges and some food starting with "C" to share.
If the weather is cool/damp we may have a little warmth flowing from our fire-pigs.
the shelter is kind of small, but we'll have some tarps to cut the wind and rain if needed.
we might even have a little cache hunt organised for those keen to hunt.
