An Ammo Can starting with several silly band packs for starters. Thus the "Band" in Rock Band. you will figure the rest out when you get there.
You may enter this area at the following Coords. N42 04.736 W76 05.222 Look for the "Foot traffic only" sign. There is another entrance to this area, but this entrance I would rate a 2 for terrain until the last 100 feet to the cache. The entrance I suggest is in a Vestal Park, and all Vestal Parks close at dark. Please respect park rules.
I am rating this cache a 3.5 terrain because of the last 100 feet.
