I was walking along the Admiralty Point trail looking for a place
to hide a cache and I found a pretty scenic place. To get there,
you need to take a side trail that goes toward the water. You will
see the point probably from the main trail. I have upped the difficulty rating because its well cammoed in the green.
This cache is a small/micro with cammo tape around it. What you see from this point is the intersection of
three cities. To the northwest, you will see North Vancouver and
the Coast Mountains.
To the southwest, you will see Burnaby, and where you are standing is Belcarra soil/rock. The name of the cache is best seen when the sun is out and slightly to the west, depending on the waves, you will see a spectacular sparkling light show from the ocean. This is also the intersection of water ways as well, Indian Arm is to the north and Burrard Inlet is to the west and goes past you to Port Moody to the east. Burnaby Mountain is to the south and Capital Hill is to the southwest.
Anyhoo,
Good luck and have fun! Take plenty of photos if you would like.
