We have done two caches on this hill/mountain and enjoyed the adventure each time. The first time we climbed this hill was 20 Dec 2004. The hill wasn't as steep then and the trail must have been a lot shorter! Of course both Hikeaday and I were 6 years younger! The cache we were after was called "Charlie's River Legacy Park East Cache" (GC152B) and was hidden on 08/07/2001. We were the 111th recorded finder and were very lucky because after another couple of months and two cachers later the cache came up missing in Feb 2005.
The next cache hidden up there was called "Mount Elzie" (GCP82Q). It was placed in June of 05 and survived for 5 years before it was muggled after 92 reported finds. We found this one twice. Hikeaday reported a find in Oct of 05 and I reported a find in Oct 2007. It's a fun hill to climb.
At stage one you are looking for a 5" x 2.5" cylindrical container that holds the coords for the final.
The final is a 7 by 5 by 3 inch lock and lock type container.
The discription and logs of the two older caches might be interesting to read and just might help you in locating the trail that leads to this cache. Some great pictures in the logs also.
