Daca aveti chef de o plimbare in pas sportiv, indreptati-va spre Pietrele lui Solomon si urcati pe Drumul Vechi. Pregatiti-va pentru un traseu lejer, prin padure, cu peisaje minunate si povesti interesante.
Drumul Vechi al Poienii este unul din traseele mai putin folosite pentru a ajunge in Poiana Brasov, dar e mai ferit de semnele civilizatiei moderne si mult mai pitoresc. Urcusul incepe din zona Pietrele lui Solomon, unde se ajunge printr-un labirint de stradute pietruite pline de farmec.
Drumul Vechi nu numai pe timpul verii, dar si iarna reprezinta un loc frumos de agrement pentru brasoveni sau turisti. Iarna, puteti parcurge acest traseu si in sens invers, cu sania. Partia Drumul Vechi este considerat a ca avand un grad de dificultate foarte mic.
Drumul Vechi are mare cautare si printre fanii bicicletelor. Traseul este folosit pentru intreceri si antrenamente mountainbike.
Drumul Vechi a ramas o amintire pentru automobilisti, dar a redevenit traseu pentru excursiile duminicale. Din cand in cand, pe aici mai trec ATV-uri, masinutele pe care oricine le poate inchiria pentru o plimbare mai aventuroasa pe poteca abrupta.
Geocacheul se afla chiar in prima parte a acestui frumos drum.

If you need a fancy ride to poiana Brasov, you can use the old road.
The old way to Poiana is one of the less used routes to reach in Poiana Brasov, but it is shielded from the modern civilization signs and more picturesque. The road start of Solomon's Rocks area, where you arrive through a maze of cobbled street full of charm.
The old way, during the winter is a beautiful place for ski and sledge, and is considered as having a very small degree of difficulty.
The trail is used for mountainbike races and trainings.
The old way it’s a remembrance for car drivers, but again became the route for Sunday trips. sometimes on the road going ATV, little car that anyone can rent them for a longer ride on a steep path of adventure.
The Geocache is located right in the first part of this beautiful road.
