The SPIRIT Enterprises Prairie Restoration Area is a 743 acre parcel of WDNR land, managed for the production of nesting birds and reestablishment of native prairie grasses.
In an era of ever increasing rural development and disappearing farmland and wetland, these areas are critical for the survival of songbirds and other wildlife.
This is the ninth of many "Room 2 Roam" cache placements. These caches are not park 'n' grabs and can be wet during different seasons of the year.
Enjoy your trek and watch for wildlife!
