Cache is located outside public building. This is the 3rd container. Maybe it will stay around for awhile!

Sidewalk goes within a few feet of cache location; wheelchair accessible; plenty of parking around area. Intentionally geared for low difficulty, & easy terrain. Family friendly; easy find.
