Small black metal tin near lake cable. No need to go onto the pier. It is around the area just off the parking lot next to the pier.
This was originally hidden in New Philadelphia, Ohio. I relocated up here due to muggle issues. It is in a much more appropriate location for a Lovecraft themed cache. Enjoy the view. Watch out for the locals. They seem a bit strange. I think I saw gills on the one guy.
