Again this is another place my family loves to visit and watch for trout coming up stream to spawn. Nowadays only a few trout come as far as this point in the creek. These few fish are the lucky fish that have escaped the capture of the biologists at the head of the stream collecting the fish. They are sorted into males and females and are milked for their eggs and sperm. Our Dragon Lake fish are used to stock many other lakes around BC. You can see the small grey building at the head of the stream and usually in May you can see the biologists in the area collecting data on our local fish population. Have Fun!! Bring your own pencil.
