New land release with the best views in Lakes Entrance.
Cabarita Point is a new allotment for building, with possibly the best views in Lakes Entrance. According to some of the older inhabitants, the land was taken up from a Government grant by a man called Hunter, who owned a large parcel of land, right across to Hunter’s Lane. The name Cabarita was given by later owners..
The original farmhouse, as seen in the photo, we were told was an elegant home, which was used by several owners, until it was shifted about 18-20 years ago.
The land has possibly, the very best panoramic views in Lakes Entrance, encompassing both the North Arm, and across Cunninghame Arm right out to Bass Strait.
Keep a tight rein on geo-kids and geo-pooches as there is a steep cliff not far from the cache, which is inadequately fenced at this time.
There is no need to climb the structure, and keep an eye out for the many sightseeing muggles.
