Geocache Description:

Pretty much a "drive by" cache but there are a lot of possible hiding spots in this area. DO NOT CROSS THE FENCE LINE!

This is near the parking area for the John Wayne Pioneer Trail Trailhead. The trailhead itself is located across the road and up the trail a ways. The John Wayne trail follows the former roadbed of the Chicago-Milwaukee-St. Paul-Pacific Railroad two-thirds of the way across Washington, from the western slopes of the Cascade Mountains to the border of Idaho. The trail is open to hikers, bikers, equestrians, and horse-drawn wagons in the summer.

This is also the jumping off point to walk to Eraseek’s Edison’s Light cache (GC1GJGA). Even if you don't go after Eraseek's cache, the cache page is worth visiting.
