Placed with permission - the business owners know it is there. Due to the closeness of surrounding buildings - accuracy did not come in any closer than 10 ft.
Be aware - there are boards nearby that have nails in them.
A family friendly cache - great for learning, placed in a small oasis, between some buildings. There is a cool picnic table, a tree with concrete blocks surrounding it - makes a nice bench, green grass, bird feeder. A small hidden retreat, in the middle of town.
