Geocache Description:

*This cache can only be accessed from the beach, and can be grabbed with both feet still on the sand. Please do not climb up the bank or enter private property*

The recommended starting point is the public beach access at the end of Singer road (off of Price rd, see waypoint). This cache will treat you to a gorgeous walk down the beach (avoid high tide), approximately 600 meters from the mentioned access.

The cache is a lock and lock container that as mentioned can be grabbed with both feet still on the sand. Please re-hide exactly in the same spot and make sure the cache will not slide down. This cache has a commerce theme, starting with a few items that represent commerce from various nations from past and present times. Having grown up in the area and spending lots of time on this gorgeous beach, I occasionally would come across a trade artifact such as bead from the native population who inhabited Salt Spring long ago. If you keep your eyes out while walking the beach to this cache, you might be lucky enough to come across something similar. Please try to leave items that fit the commerce / trade theme, even if rather vaguely. My father's 1967 commerce graduation ring (attached to a trackable with a commerce related mission) begins its journey from this cache. My first hide, so feel free to leave feedback in your logs!
