Geocache Description:

This Cache is an ammo can placed near the Beeripmo camp ground.

Access to the area is only permitted on foot and this camp is part of the Beeripmo walk.

I have been planning on placing a cache here for a while as its a great spot.

The Beeripmo walk is a 21km 2 day walk with an overnight stop here. The campground has toilets, water tank and several campsites with tables and fire pits.

There are several ways to access the area that only require a short walk and when I placed the cache i did a loop starting from Ferntree falls.

I have placed a Garmin Chirp as FTF prize and I hope it goes to good use.

At the time of placement many Roads and walking tracks in the park are closed due to recent floods and fire so please check conditions before attempting.
