This cache is located in the beautiful Vilas County Forest. Easy access to the area is via the Pincherry Lake Road. Located near where the Eagle River Sno-Eagles and Sayner Barnstormers snowmobile trails meet. This cache is in the heart of Vilas County Forest lands. Take look around as wildlife are common in this area.
This is a winter and snowmobile friendly cache. As an avid winter enthusiast, I am hoping to generate some interest in keeping Geocaching alive in the winter. Located near a major snowmobile intersection it might be a good time to take a break and introduce your snomo friends to Geocaching.
This cache has the approval of Vilas County Forestry Department. All are reminded that this is located off of a well maintained forest road. During the winter this is an active snowmobile trail and wheeled vehicles are not allowed.
This is a re-launch of a cache that was muggled a bit too often at another location. Cache is plastic container. Lots of goodies were originally loaded as well as a FTF keepsake.
