This is a hard micro geo cache which will make you crazy whilst trying to find. Willie Horne goes down in Barrow history as a great player who is also on the wall of fame surrounded by other great Barrow legends in the Barrow Raiders bar.
When you have or even if you dont find this cache we would like to know what rugby team you support or what team you like on your log as we are big fans of Barrow Raiders.
This cache is placed near to a Barrow legend (I used to get my original Adidas Samba from his shop ;-)
The are various websites that go in to the story and full history of this Barrow hero as well as plaques with some interesting facts attached to his statue.
The site behind used to be used by furness collage before they moved to their new home on the channel side.
