Geocache Description:

This cache is on private property and the owners ask that we only hunt it during daylight hours.

This caboose was brought to this property about 1970. The owner of the 2700 acre ranch had plans to build a track around his ranch. He died just before the rest of the train was to be delivered. The current owner moved it from the back of the property to the current location in 1995 when they named the road "Caboose Lane." It has become a popular site for local photographers.
