You are looking for a green plastic container about 17cm long x 10cm x 7cm.
Contains dinosaur, egg timer, log and pencil.
RAF WESTON-ON-THE-GREEN is still an airfield used by the RAF (See linked website.) If you are lucky you will be stood at GZ and have RAF Hercules aircraft low over head dropping parachutists.
It is also used by Civilian sky diving and gliding clubs.
RAF WESTON-ON-THE-GREEN has never been more than a large field, but has survived defence cuts and has been active since 1916!
A training depot was opened here in July 1918 flying Sopwith Camels and Avro 504s.
Activity ceased in 1921, apart from grazing animals, but before the outbreak of WWII in 1939, RAF Brize Norton had established a satellite here flying Ansons & Blenheims. Until taken over by 13 OTU from RAF Bicester.
Weston-on-the-Green was the first airfield in Oxfordshire to be bombed on 9/8/40 when a stick of 16 bombs was dropped in a 2 mile line from Chesterton to the airfield.
FTF goes to GO CATCH (Thank you and Congratulations)
