This cache marks a little-known entrance to Double Trouble State Park. The absence of litter, tire tracks and deerstands leads me to believe that other people don't know about the entrance either. Indeed, it's pretty well camouflaged from Lacey Road.
The trails back in this area lead to an old blueberry farm. Further in, you will find a strange winding trail that makes little sense to me. I suspect it would be nice for mountain bikers looking for a challenge.
Use this cache as your trailhead and as the gateway to miles of trails deep in the heart of Double Trouble State Park.
Some spots back here get boggy and flooded from time to time. The trails themselves are often overgrown. And one final word of warning - STAY OUT OF THE QUARRIES! They are not part of Double Trouble State Park.
