You are 007, Bond - James Bond. Miss Moneypenny ushers you in to M’s office on a matter of the utmost urgency. M informs you that an evil villain, ‘Count Grumblegutz Slobbadic (GS)’, is planning to incinerate the whole of the Algarve by exploding a thermonuclear device, termed a ‘Cylindro Cataclismico’ (CC). The CC is guarded 24/7 by vicious and well-armed guards and cannot be accessed other than by devious means. Alarmingly, GS has imprisoned one of M’s most trusted agents, Pussy Galore (PG), in the CC. She has already extracted from GS the code that will disable the CC and has this well hidden. It is not obligatory but you may wish to validate your mission to M’s satisfaction by sending details of this code separately to ‘Espargosas’. Your task is to get to the CC, which is situated at N37º 03.997’; W008º 48.359’ before it explodes and note the code that Pussy has obtained.
Fortunately, Q’s boffins have devised a HiTech aid that will permit you to evade the guards and accomplish your mission. This is located at N37º 03.999’; W 37º 48.365’ [Clue: ‘stones’]. James Bond, of all people, should have no difficulty in gaining access to the CC.
Enter any message you have in Slobbadic’s log book and replace EVERYTHING exactly as you found it. M informs you, pointedly, not to take Pussy Galore with you. He has other plans for her. But you are permitted to wish her a fond farewell in your inimitable James Bond style.
