Take a few moments to check out the beauty of the Cleveland Cascade before heading down the steps to Lake Merritt.
While enjoying my paternity leave with Mr C, it dawned on me that I should plant a cache for others to find. I tried to find an interesting spot but one that was stroller accessible.
The Cleveland Cascade was stunning in its day and work is ongoing to restore it to its original beauty.
The cache is a duct-taped vitamin bottle. Inside is a log (bring a pen!) and for the FTF an East Bay Regional Parks Eagle 7 helicopter pin (my ride on duty).
