In honor of my two sons, who call this place Africa.
Look N.East and picture "Africa". For those of us who have been there, it "could" be with a little imagination. Especially on a hot and humid day. Have a seat on the bench and look out over the water. Enjoy the view. Remember if you were really in Africa, you Do Not Go In The Water. This is in a place that is a very nice little walk from public parking. This place is frequented by Police so behave ;-). Seriously, very kid/family friendly. Log book only. Bring your own pen. Enjoy the deer that run through the area. I noticed poison ivy off the beaten path. When you are on the gravel path and it looks like it is coming to an end, steer right (south) towards the fence and there is a wide path. Please be respectful of the area and place the cache carefully back where you found it.
