Elnup Wood lies on the border between the districts of Standish and Shevington. Originally owned by British Coal, the area was taken over by the Groundwork Trust following the demise of the coal industry
As the name suggests, this is an ideal location to see the Roe Deer that live in the area, which can be frequently seen grazing the adjacent field at dawn or dusk.
The cache is a small clip box which should be able to take small travel bugs/geocoins.Please ensure the cache is well hidden when replaced
