Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates! To find this cache, you will need to solve for:

N 44° 19. MON TUE WED
W 089° 1 THU. FRI SAT SUN

This is a family friendly puzzle that can be solved at home or while at the park using a map available at the office. The final should be accessible with a short hike from the family or group campgrounds.

You may be familiar with the children’s' book character “Flat Stanley” Lambchop, who is flattened paper-thin by a bulletin board. He soon is sliding under doors and visiting his friends by mail. But this story is about me, Flat Stanley’s lesser-known cousin, Flat Jack Foundit. I came upon a similar fate when I tried to squeeze between two rocks while geocaching. My new shape makes it a challenge for me to cache by myself, but I still love to hide them! I'm also quite the happy camper!

Hartman Creek State Park is one of my favorite places to go camping with my geobuddy BakRdz and his family. Besides fishing and hiking (and making S'mores of course!), my favorite activity while camping is visiting other campers. On a recent weeklong camping trip, I spent a LOT of time going from campsite to campsite meeting new people and collecting swag for a geocache that I placed somewhere in the park. To get the coordinates for that cache, you'll need to trace the route I took to visit each site. (I didn't use roads. I like to bushwhack straight to the campsite.) Using the family campground map, if you connect the sites in the order I visited them each day - sort of like connect the dots - you should discover the missing numbers in the coordinates.

On Monday I visited sites 82 –> 94 –> 95 –> 57 –> 62 –> 66 –> 16 –> 83 –> 57
Tuesday I visited 72 –> 87 –> 9 –> 69
Wednesday I visited 38 –> 40 –> 45 –> 48 –> 51 –> 95 –> 94 –> 78 –> 35 –> 38
Thursday I visited 34 –> 32 –> 28 –> 26 –> 79 –> 80 –> 20 –> 14 –> 87 –> 63
Friday I visited 53 –> 33 –> 46 –> 96
Saturday I visited 78 –> 27 –> 25 –> 22 –> 97 –> 86
...and on Sunday I visited sites 85 –> 100 –> 98 –> 81 –> 23 –> 19 –> 86 –> 58

Good luck...and happy camping!
