This cache is designed for someone who wants to explore, and I would recommend a 4x4 vehicle (a 4x4 is no longer required.)
Your going to have to get your feet wet, or at least your tires :) (Not anymore, just a nice drive into the country now)
After the "wetting," you only have to go to the next fork in the road which is less than a quarter mile.
When you find the cache, you should be between the lines.
I found this place while exploring powerline roads in my 4x4, if your vehicle is capable, there's quite a few areas to explore here, but I would not take a stock jeep or truck here. If you get to the "wet spot" (There is no "wet spot" now, just a driving bridge over a creek) and don't want to drive, you can walk the rest, it's only about a quarter mile.
Due to the Riparian Management Area act, and improvements based on that act, they have installed a bridge where you used to drive across the creek. It's a mild gravel road now, so any stock car should be fine. More info on the riparian act:

The essence of the act it to protect rivers and streams that they deem to be more sensitive than others, and anywhere that a vehicles tires touch moving water are considered sensitive, and they have installed bridges in many of these locations already, with more to come.
