Geocache Description:

This is our first cache that we have placed and thought where would be more appropriate than the team's old home base?

This is a magnetic nano cache located near the University of Glasgow Medical School (Wolfson Building).

Please remember to bring own pen! :)

Depending on when you visit this, there may be a lot of muggles around so please be discrete.

The purpose-built Wolfson Medical School Building opened in September 2002, designed by Reiach and Hall Architects at a cost of £9m. As well as three small lecture rooms (with capacity for around eighty people in each) and ten PBL Rooms, facilities include; study landscape, a fully equipped ward/clinical skills suite, a vocational studies suite and a large open atrium.

The medical course in Glasgow is 5 years long and on completion,
graduates are awarded an MBChB degree.

The Medical School has a cafe open on the ground floor through the atrium. Feel free to pop in and have a coffee where you can also have a look at the 'micro museum,' a collection of medical equipment from times past.
