This cache is a plastic jar wrapped in camp tape. The cache contains a log book along with some swag items.
Growing up my husband spent many summers in this area with his great grandmother and grandparents (Little Nanny and Big Poppy). "Big Nan", his great grandmother would send him down to the warf to buy a fresh cod for dinner. In the afternoon, he would go down to the beach and skim rocks with his Uncle.
Now today, my son loves the area just as much as his father does. Torsten goes around the bay to be with his great grandparents and his grandfather. As soon as he gets there, he asks to go to the beach no matter if it is rain or shine. He spends most of his time at the beach in the little river pretend fishing with his rubber boots on. He never seems to catch anything but continues trying day after day!
We hope you like the area of the cache. You can see the ocean for miles and miles and you can also see Big Nan's house and Little Nanny's and Big Poppy's house (Torsten's great grandparents/Chris' grandparents).
There is a micro cache container in the log book for a First To Find prize! Enjoy!!!
