Geocache Description:

a snail without a shell is just a slug - geocoin & 365 project inspired!

i write a blog called 'a snail a day' (www.asnailaday.blogspot.com) and have been creating a snail themed project every day since january 20th, 2011. today (placed 5/4/11) i did my 105th snail project. i chose this name because of course, the snail theme, but also because my brother (dirtdevilstp) found a geocoin and gave it to me to hide.

my husband and i have been to this spot many times but never walked this far out. it's not far from the round - an empty culdesac with plenty of parking. you do NOT have to climb over any barbed wire fencing!!! there are a few picnic tables to lounge at and enjoy the view of folsom lake! i didn't spot any poison oak - but it would be wise to keep an eye out. PLEASE place back as you found it, and keep it well hidden. thank you!

original contents of gladware container:
flixible gumby
2 snail-like seashells
keroppi kids watch
nemo/squirt disneyland keychain
2 cruisers carwash vacuum tokens
THE TRAVEL SLUG geocoin
