Part of a series of caches in districts of Nicosia named after saints.
Agios Andreas is the closest of these "saintly" areas to the city centre and is bang on the green line.
This district has become an elite area with big old-style houses and some mixed with new architecture in very leafy neighborhoods. Its worth wandering round to see the renovated styles of houses.
The building in front of the cache used to be a market place but has recently been renovated to be used as a cultural centre with theatre productions taking place here.
