The cache is down a dirt road accessed via Echo Canyon Dam State Park. Any car can make it. This is a short walk up a steep hill. The dirt can be very slippery if you're not sure-footed!
Every time I come to this spot, I say, "next time I'm here, I'm going to stop and have a picnic". I never do, because I'm too busy driving around the back country looking for hidden objects!
