This cache is in front of JeongSeok Airplane Exhibition Hall. You can find the cache even the Exhibition Hall is now closed.
You can see various airplane from here. The exhibitions are maintained by Korean Air.
The Noksan Road, which passes this hall, is most famous road for driving, expecially in spring time. there are lots of canola flowers and newly married couples.
