THE PURPOSE OF THIS CACHE IS TO ATTRACT VISITORS TO LATTA PLANTATION NATURE PRESERVE AND QUEST, SHOW WHAT MECKLENBURG COUNTY NATURE PRESERVES HAVE TO OFFER, TO MAKE VISITORS AWARE OF OUR MANY CONSERVATION/PRESERVATION EFFORTS AND HOW THOSE EFFORTS BENEFIT THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY AND TO PROMOTE THE GREAT SPORT OF GEOCACHING. Permit #004 PARKING IN THE NATURE CENTER PARKING LOT.
