Linia kolejowa Mragowo-Mikolajki-Orzysz zostala w 1911 roku otworzona. Troche pózniej zostala zbudowana stacja w Wosnitzen. W 1938 r. nazwa Wosnitzen zostala zmieniona na Julienhöfen, w 1945 wrócono do dawnej nazwy i polskiej pisowni-Woznice. W polowie lat 90-tych dworzec zostal zburzony. Dzisiaj mozna dostrzec tylko resztki fundamentu. Od tamtej pory stoi tylko drewniana budka. W 2009 roku linia Mragowo-Elk zostala zamknieta. Czasami tylko przejezdzaja pociagi towarowe. -------------------------------------------------- Die Bahnlinie Sensburg – Nikolaiken – Arys wurde 1911 eröffnet. Kurz darauf wurde der Bahnhof Wosnitzen erbaut. 1938 wurde Wosnitzen in Julienhöfen umbenannt, 1945 wurde es dann in den ursprünglichen Namen, in polnischer Schreibweise Woznice geändert. Der Bahnhof verlor Mitte der 90er Jahre seine Funktion und verfiel langsam. Heute sind nur noch Reste der Grundmauern zu finden. Es war dann nur noch eine Haltestelle mit einem hölzernen Wartehäuschen. 2009 wurde dann die Strecke Mragowo – Elk stillgelegt. Heute werden nur noch sehr selten Gütertransporte darauf durchgeführt. Eine fast hundertjährige Eisenbahnära ging hier zu Ende. ----------------------------------------------- The railway line Sensburg - Nikolaiken - Arys has been established in 1911. Shortly after that the station Wosnitzen was built. In 1938 Wosnitzen has been renamed to Julienhöfen, then in 1945 it was changed to the original name in Polish notation Woznice. The station lost its function in the mid 90s and went slowly rack and ruin. Today only remains of the foundation walls can be found. The station itself was only a wooden shelter. In 2009 the line Mragowo - Elk was closed. Nowadays the railroad line is only used by few freight trains. So a nearly one-hundred-year old railroad age came to an end.
