Geocache Description:

Cache is a small play-dough container. Accessible from any direction, it doesn't matter which side of the fence you are on. Room for small items, BYOP. Hidden from view, but is just below eye-level. When replacing cache, be sure to jam it in its holder, (Thats a hint) and place it lightly in its place. This area is extremely busy. Try coming before or after school hours.

This cache is placed nearby a complex of middle and high schools. Inside are several electricity related objects that could easily be found inside one of these schools.
