Geocache Description:

The cache is a camoed coffee container. Safe parking available. This abandoned building "Usta B" the administrative offices of the F. Perry & Sons Lumber Company. Across the street was the location of the actual "sawmill".

Fermer Perry and his son, Frank owned and operated this pine mill for many years up to its closing in the mid-90's.

The cache is large enough to hold some tradeables so feel free to drop something and take something.

FTF can grab the gold $1 coin that we left inside. Have fun & be careful out there.
