Geocache Description:

I den här serien kommer du att besöka sju skolor som ligger runt sjön Uren.I cachen vid respektive skola finns en kod som du ska notera och använda för att räkna fram koordinaterna till Final cachen.

In this series, you will be visiting 7 schools placed around Lake Uren. At every cache you’ll find a code which you have to use to find the final cache.

Skolan uppfördes 1865-1867.

Första läraren folkskollärarinnan, Augusta Agnes Nyström från Västerås började sin verksamhet 1867. Skolan lades ner omkring 1950.

Barn som bodde på Sofielundsägor i Forssa gick i Stäringe skolan. Framförallt är gaveln jätte vacker tycker vi. Av hänsyn till de som bor där, har vi valt att placera cachen en bit ifrån skolen.

Skolens position är: N 58° 57’745 E 016° 43’601

The school was built between 1865-1867.

First teacher was Miss Augusta Agnes Nyström, originally from Västerås, who started at the school 1867. Around 1950, the school was closed.

Children who were living near Sofielund/Forssa went to the school at Stäringe.

Due to privacy, we choose to place the cache not too close to the school itself.
