I have thought for a long time that Brentwood doesn't have enough caches. So, I got on the St Louis County property website and found an area of Brentwood that is public, checked known points with my handy circle macro in GSAK and discovered what I believe is an open spot for a cache.
While placing the cache I observed a woman drive by, stop her car along side the road, get out and throw something away in a public trashcan. She then got back in her car and drove off. The name of the cache was born.
Parking is available along the street, in the proper place. Observe the no parking signs and you will notice where you cannot park.
Muggles can sneak up on you in this area so be aware. The terrain to the cache is easy but if you go another couple of feet beyond the cache, look out below.
You can now just unscrew the lid to the container. No need to beat it on anything to get it open since that won't work. No need to screw the lid too tightly making it hard for the next person. Just make it snug and that should work.
Have fun!
