An Afternoons Gathering at the Bryn
Join us at the Bryn for this afternoon gathering. The event runs from midday to 5pm Where the owners have offered us the restaurant area for zero cost for 6 hours (you can arrive from 11 AM) There is no requirement to purchase food whilst you are here.
We will be using this event to discuss the formation of a Committee for the hosting of the annual UK mega in North Wales.
Local reviewer Deceangi has offered to talk to us about the ins and outs of organising a mega. Deci has worked with numerous UK mega committies.
We may have members from the 2012 and 2013 mega committees may be in attendance to share their experiences too.
It is highly recommended that you attend if you want to get involved or just learn more. Our aim is for the committee to be formed from representatives from all corners of North Wales.
The aim is to establish a committee of members from all areas of the North Wales region as determined by the geocaching UK regions. Everyone who joins the committee regardless of position. and responsibility in the committee shall have an equal say in how things are to be run.
A draft constitution for the committee shall be drawn up and presented.
