This cache is part of the NEPA Wandering series of things that I have encountered while on my way here and there.
Wandering around northeastern Pennsylvania has proven to be very interesting. There are hidden gems around every corner on roads and creeks. This overlooks what resembles a holding pond but why it's built up like this is beyond me. The curious things you see as you wander around NEPA.
