Geocache Description:

This aircraft is ex USAF 42-92838 and later flew as N65162.

892953 / U7-T (cn 12683) was displayed in the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds. The serial is fake (and not valid).

Having been moved from the State Fairgrounds, this C-47 has been re-assembled and placed on display outside the main entrance of the Metro Tech facility.

My son and I had a great time playing here this afternoon. We stopped here while out caching and felt we needed to place a cache here for others to find this gem.

The airplane has suffered quite a bit of vandalism and when I went back to verify the coordinates tonight, security was there pretty quickly.

Probably a better day-time cache. Bring your kids to check this out. There is a dollar bill for First Under 10 To Find (age needs to be in single digits).

You are looking for an altoids tin and this should be an easy P&G if you need a smiley.
