Geocache Description:

Esta casa es única como pocas. Lo es por dos motivos:

El primero: Por el lugar donde está emplazada. En el antiguo camino del cabañal, entre las grandes avenidas de Blasco Ibáñez y Tarongers, rodeada de grandes edificios y la Universidad (UPV).

El segundo: Porque la habita una simpática señora mayor (la abuela) que no puso reparo alguno en contarme sus orígenes y los de su casa (se remonta a los padres de sus padres) que mantiene en muy buen estado, gracias a su empeño y cuidados.

Esta casa típica valenciana, de pequeñas ventanas, alta y encalada en su mayoría, tiene un gran huerto a su alrededor (exquisitamente cuidado y prolífico) y está rodeada de terrenos que según cuenta la señora ya son propiedad del Ayuntamiento, pero no tienen uso alguno aún.

[EL CACHE]

Contenedor estanco de pequeño tamaño. NO magnético. Necesitarás máquina de escribir.

Nota: La señora está informada del juego, pero desconoce la localización del contenedor. Por favor, no es necesario rebuscar las inmediaciones ni tocar demasiado la cerca que delimita la propiedad. La pista es bastante clara. Sería muy cortés de vuestra parte saludarla si la veis fuera de la casa y animarla a seguir cuidándola tan bien como hasta ahora.

[ENGLISH VERSION]

This house is unique as few. It is for two reasons:

First: By where it is located. In the old way of cabañal, among the major avenues Tarongers and Blasco Ibáñez, and surrounded by tall buildings and the university (UPV).

Second: Because the home owner is a nice lady (grandmother) who doesn´t took pains totell its origin and her home (dating back to the parents of their parents) who remains in very good condition, thanks to their commitment and care.

This typical Valencian house, small windows, high and mostly whitewashed, has a large gardenaround it (exquisitely careful and prolific) and is surrounded by land which according to the lady andare owned by the City, but have no use whatsoever yet.

[ABOUT CACHE]

Small watertight container. NOT magnetic. You´ll need write machine. :)

Note: The woman is informed about the game, but do not know the location of the container. Please, respect the property limits. Intensive touch not needed. The Hint is conclusive. It would be very polite from you guys say hello if you see outside the home and encourage them to continue caring as well as before.
