Geocache Description:

Welcome to Buckingham Park! You are looking for a ~7 x 7 camoed lock and lock on a ½ mile easy loop trail.

A trail head is close to the northeast side of the parking lot. Please follow the blue/white blazed trail to the brook. From there, you can enjoy a short walk along the brook until you reach the cache area. Continue on the blue/white trail to finish the loop, which exits behind the sport fields. The trail is easy for young children, but keep in mind the trail may get soggy certain times of the year, and there is a little rock bridge that can be covered with water after heavy rain. I had a lot of bounce during the week when hiding this cache. After repeatedly returning to GZ with different coords each time, I decided that the D in the name is for “dead" zone. The hint should make it easy once you are close. The FTF can let me know if the coords got them close enough but I can guarantee they are not spot on. If not re-hidden well, this cache could easily be muggled, so please take care to cover it naturally. It is initially stocked with items for young children, since it is an easier hike, and two new travel bugs: Pitter and Patter. Please check out E and S's V-Tree and, if you're interested, I stumbled upon a letterbox in this park too. Congrats to anewlesmiz for FTF!
